This is technically necessary and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Unless otherwise specified below, this data is not further stored or processed by us.

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator [identify operator with name] stores the IP data of the connection owner via cookies, as well as the name, address, and credit card number [...] of the purchaser. The data provided by you is necessary for the provision of services, fulfillment of the contract, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data to the processing banking institutions and payment service providers for the purpose of debiting a purchase or service, to the transport or shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. If you conclude a contract with us, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data such as name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored, until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
